Day 1...hard to get enough calories but suppose to really make you feel great in the end. Anyone else tried it?

Are you seeing a doctor about for candida overgrowth? I have a hard time believing that one would prescribe a diet that apparently allows you to eat grains. Or are you doing this yourself because you have symptoms?

Unless you were diagnosed with Candida, say by a urologist, then it's just a marketing plan for a diet.

Considering oral and esophageal candidiasis aka "thrush" only happen in people that are immunocomprised (HIV/chemo/transplant), it's not likely that candida is colonizing your GI tract and wreaking havoc on your health. Between your immune system and the natural bacterial flora in your gut, yeast like candida can't really get a foothold. The candida diet is a scam.
