Hiiii!! My name is Rawan :) I'm new to this app.. I've always struggled with weight issues :( and used to crash my diet and skip meals to lose weight. It would work for a while but I would regain the weight fast. I'm hoping this app would help me learn to be healthy and lose weight. I'm looking for motivated ppl to help me reach my goal and I'll hopefully help them back :) TEAM WORK
Ps I'm from Saudi Arabia so my food diary might be a bit weird lol

    I'll motivate you. Try not to skip meals. Its so much easier to say thn do. I skip meals. Whn your supposed to snack healthy all day to keep from eating fast food or etc.

    It's something you work at daily. If you over eat....log it. Believe me I hate doing but it lets me know where I strayed. I figured out I take in more calories and want empty calories around the evening. So now I have to figure out better meals around that time.
