New friends to help stop old habits

Hello everyone! I'm coming from a past of overeating and am trying to build a healthier relationship with food. It would be nice to have some friends on here.

    Try to eat smaller portions of bread and carbs like rice and beans double up on veggies .. I cut bananas into slices dip in dark chocolate and freeze them that way my husband and I get a taste of sweet .. I've lost 56lbs all together I'm from DFW in Texas .,

    carbs are the incinerator and fats are the fuel it burns! be balanced, eat healthy, stay motivated!!

    I'm in the same boat. I've had good success when I've stuck with it. I dropped about 40 pounds from November to now, but the problem is sticking with it...
