Getting back on track

I'm not new to MFP by any stretch. A while back, I spend a lot of time here. At one point, I was over 250, maybe closer to 265. Then I was down to 175 and running 10ks. Now, I am at 217 and it's time to take action. Motivated by health issues that my teen daughter is overcoming, a growing faith in Jesus Christ and a bit of a midlife crisis, I have decided that I am going to spend the next 5 weeks (inbox me if you want to know more about why 5 weeks) really focusing on getting things right.

Feel free to reply or inbox and let's get this thing started!
