No idea where the girl I used to be went. I think my depression got to her and she ate her self into me. Finding motivation to stay on track hoping this keeps me accountable.

Depression is a formidable foe but you can do this. I've had bouts of it myself, walking has become my weapon of choice. You'll know your weapon when you find it. It can either be diet (adding something or taking something away) or exercise (find one that suits you, not necessarily what other people do or what they want you to do).
