Hi there. Have you had a chance to take a look at the stickied posts at the top of each board? This one in particular might be a big help for you: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1161603/so-you-want-a-nice-stomach0

Thanks for the link .. I'm just wondering is Jillian Michaels: 6 Week Six-Pack Abs Workout going to burn the fats or build muscles on the fats? or the last sentence is a myth?0

@abir888 You can NOT spot reduce fat. You CAN strengthen the muscles beneath it, which is good. However, your body will eliminate fat where IT wants to not necessarily where YOU want it to.
To quote the linked thread above, "FINALLY: Losing fat is like trying to dry out a sponge. You can't dry a corner while the rest of it is still wet. You won't magically lose belly fat or thigh fat or any other fat. It will come off where it wants to. Keep working at it! It is possible!"0 -
There is no workout that will do what you are trying to do. If you have fat and eat less calories than you burn, your body decides where the fat will melt. It does not matter if you are running, doing a billion crunches per day or doing yoga. If your profile is accurate and you have 10 kilos to lose, there is no work out that will make your abs visible while you are still trying to lose this weight.0
