Realized today that what may motivate yme, may not motivate others. Check with them on boundaries of their motivation. And what you can do personally to help them achieve their goals :flowerforyou:

    this is very true. I have also learned that not everyone will ask for help but when you offer they are willing to take it. :-) Good Luck on your journey. Your children are adorable.
