Hi Everyone
Following my PT session last Tuesday, today I did my own lower body workout and wondered if the reps/routine I did were OK, of course my PT shown me what to do etc but I want to make sure I'm doing it OK since I was alone today.
5x Minute warmup on Crosstrainer
4x Reps of 10 on the Leg Press at 50kg (all with 15-30 seconds rest in between)
4x Reps of 15 Lunges on each leg holding 8kg Kettlebells (all with 15-30 seconds rest in between)
4x Reps of 10 Squats holding 8kg Kettlebell (all with 15-30 seconds rest in between)
3x Reps of 20 Step ups on the box on each leg holding 8kg kettlebell ((all with 15-30 seconds rest in between)
To finish off, 1000m on the Rowing Machine at Speed no lower than 2.30.
Any advice/tips will be greatfully received :-)

That sounds very intense and like your not going to be able to bend your legs into your car in the morning. Anyways the variety in those sound like your on your way to a bigger butt. Hayyy.0

Oh really, is that really too much....I am used to lunges/squats as I do them in Bodypump which I attend twice a week.
Do you think I should reduce the amount of reps I do then?
I felt I could handle doing them hence why I increased the reps :-) and was going to continue this routine for a small while.....0
