What is the difference between these three? Also, I am trying to make the serving size in my recipes but it won't let me. It only allows me to put in how many people it serves and then serving size is 1. Thanks!

My foods=any foods you've entered into the database, whether you want to use it as a more accurate entry (especially for those who use food scales) or if you come across a brand new food that isn't in the database yet. Also if you go to a place such as Subway, you can use their website to calculate what you order with all the veggies/sauces on it and create an entry for that.
My meals=a specific set of foods you've saved as a meal to log all at once (say, if you eat a bowl of cereal and an apple every morning, you can add the cereal, milk, and apple as a meal and just log that to your breakfast)
Recipes=a recipe you've created and entered for yourself to use3 -
And I find the recipe builder to be cumbersome on the app. If you use the website to build your recipes it is easier (in my opinion). I use it religiously though, as this plan has had me making my own food far more than I ever did before. Good luck!0
