Weekends always seem to be a tough one. Surrounded by family, and going to parties and I always try and stop myself from slipping. This weekend was a complete turn around for me, because I kept on my path and didn;t stray. Stepping on the scale this morning and seeing I lost 3 pounds is the only type of motivation I need right now.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Monday and Im sending all of my positive vibes your way. Keep your heads up and keep on keeping on.
Add me if you ever want to talk or need motivation or just need new friends

    Nice work this weekend!
I think for me it is the lack of routine...being home all day that doesn't help. Walking in and out of the kitchen is not as good as planning and packing food for the day.
Have a great Monday and week!

Weekends are my nemesis. I find it really hard to keep my water intake up which leaves me feeling blah and I also have a soft spot for giant greasy burgers.

Weekends kill me too. I want to start weighing myself of Monday so that I don't go over board on the weekends. Nice job!!

This weekend could be the first weekend that I have stayed under my calorie intake. Normally, I barely log after about 5pm on Friday.

I'm the same way. The routine of packing food for work, etc., is thrown out the window, and my fridge is just a few feet away all weekend. That, and there is usually some kind of get together that involves copious amounts of delicious food.

I agree weekends are the hardest. I attended a festival and the funnel cake was calling me, but I stayed strong. Plus my wife was there and makes for a good motivator.
