Zumba? Thoughts? Results?

I want to try Zumba. I heard it was really fun. What are y'alls thoughts on it? And have any you had good results?

I used to do Zumba every week and I loved it! Mainly because it was fun and burns a hell of a lot of calories. Get yourself there!0

It's fun, especially if you like and are coordinated enough to dance. The only times I actually got a really good calorie burn from it were when I biked several miles of hills to get to class from home.0

People love it, but when I do it, it's all arms and *kitten* everywhere.0

It's super fun! I didn't realize how much it helped me with my overall calorie deficit until I stopped doing it and gained weight (I had been maintaining for a while). I signed up again this week!0

I LOVE ZUMBA! great way to work out and have fun. the people in the class keep me motivated to keep going0

I think it's fun but hard if you are not coordinated. I'm not sure I would use it for much weight loss though unless you REALLY get into it.0
