Protein Shakes

Thoughts on protein shakes? I'd like something for a quick grab and go when needed. I don't plan to use it as a daily part of my diet. And I don't want to get into one of the companies that costs a lot.

    I use Phood shakes you can get them at your local grocery..about 40 bucks

    I use the Six Star Pro shake mix (you can get it at Walmart). It does the job for me (I use it for my breakfast mixed with unsweetened almond milk). If you want pre-mixed, I think the EAS shakes. Those taste the best IMO.
