I've got one but I didn't realize I was even supposed to log that!

I dunno, I don't know about 300 calories unless you're really using it for a while. Maybe more than one?0

Same here!

Where did the figure of 1200 cals per hour come from? It isnt happening.0

I think that using one of those vibrating machines you sit on and straddle will be more effective at burning calories than the typical ones you can fit in your purse.0
-
Oh my, in to see where this one goes!0
-
Ha ha don't get excited although if a fit person is on I bet it looks good all wobbling lol . Supposed to use 3-4 times a week and 15 mins is equivalent to a 35 min gym

Haven't used one of those since the 70s!0

Supposed to do squats etc plank all other stuff on it x ive just done 30 mins and can't walk lol but it says 612 calories0

Genuinely thought this was about sex toys.
With regards to the actual thing you're on about, where did you get that figure of 300 for 15 minutes from?! That can't be right.0 -
When I bought mine I was able to buy a dvd along with it that shows different exercises and how long to do them for.0
-
It counts calories I had to put my height and weight etc into it to get calories for me my neighbour has one she put her details in she smaller than me she don't burn as much can have it set to different vibration speeds0
-
I got a dvd but dog ate it ha ha0
-
Not about sex toys although It does feel strange when you sit very upright on it0
-
I could see how this question could be misinterpreted!0
-
But you just stand there, right? And that burns calories how?0

It doesn't and actually can't count calories - the "estimates" the machine is giving you are frankly ludicrous.
Please don't set yourself up for failure by believing them.0 -
I use them to loosen my calves after training them, that's about it...0

The only way I think it is burning calories that you are being thrown off balance and thus engaging your core to have to keep yourself stable and from falling off. However, I can't see it burning more calories or being a better workout than a walk or a run or planking!! But, I could be wrong too!! I'm in to see where this goes though!!0

They have one at my gym. It sits in the corner, mostly ignored. I am the only one who uses it. I could not see standing on it for any length of time. But I do stand on it for a minute or so. I think it gives you a massage.
Gawd, did I just rain on the fun?0 -
