I am 57 years old and basically tired of the bull *kitten*. ups and downs of the quick and easy way of losing weight. I lost my motivation it took me a year but I am back this time no excuses. Join me in my journey and all suggestion is appreciated.

I have the desire to change my way of life.
I am going to eat healthy and exercise
In order for me to accomplished the above.
I got a trainer.
I joined a gym
I am changing my diet and that yo yo way of dieting.
I am learning to eat healthy.
I am here for encouragement.
As far as I am concern this is a matter or life and death. If you think you can support me please feel free to add me.
