    To eat alot more then I do....I'm only looking to gain 10 more pounds...I'm also using CB1 weight gainer which is excellent

    Well, you've definitely got the first part of the equation. Weight gain hinges on getting enough calories. It is strongly recommended to couple that with a lifting routine. The reason for that is because eating extra calories without lifting will result in mostly fat gain. For some people, that is perfectly fine. Others want to increase their muscle mass as well. Which are you going for?

    Agreed. A lot of women may be happier if they also increase their muscle mass (and yes, we know everyone doesn't want to be "bulky").
