just need some guidance on how to maintain eating healthy for long periods of time.

    Having recently restarted, I find it a little bit easier to take it one snack, one meal at a time. If I worry about "eating healthy for long periods of time", it is too much pressure. Have long term goals, but celebrate the milestones.

    Looks like you're just looking to maintain your weight, so I'd suggest looking at the Maintaining Weight forum to start with. You can also get some great information on the Fitness forum.

    If you're wanting to improve your nutrition (if that's what you mean by 'healthy eating'), look in the Food & Nutrition, and Recipes forums.
