Quest bars are to DIE for! I'm addicted to them!0

I'm a big fan of all food. I'd prefer to see you eat as you always have, only in smaller portions. Have you been logging long? Really watch your fats they can add up quickly.0

Well thanks my problem was I was eating way to many carbs and sugars and not much of anything else. So I'm trying to eat healthier now. Thanks for the advice:)0

Just eat more protein and fats.... Doesn't mean you can't eat foods you like. "low calorie" does not mean healthy, and healthy doesn't mean low calorie.0

luna bars are diet food right? i dont know but they are good0

You must find PB2!0

I will try them thanks:)0

Chilled Swiss Oatmeal for breakfast (and snack)!!! Oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit!! Easy to make.0
-

Skinny pop popcorn love it, great snack.
Love pure protein bars for a snack or meal replacement. I live on grill chicken. Throw it salads, wraps...0 -
Thanks those all sound good to me:)0

>Spaghetti squash, great way to get more veggies in your diet and you can have tons of it for low calorie in replacement of regular spaghetti noodles.
>Quest bars are yummy, high protein bars that are good if you're craving sweetness.
>Most other fruits and vegetables. Find ways to switch up other snacks you might normally eat with carrots/hummus, pretzels/cheese, fruit/peanut butter. (And I agree with the Pb2 comment. It's much lower in calories than regular peanut butter at only 45 calories for 2 tablespoons.)

One of my fav treats is this "cookie"....Mash two VERY ripe bananas (think almost black), mix in 1 cup quick oats & 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips. Place by the tablespoon on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake on 350 for about 12-15 minutes. Two "cookies" are about 90 calories. They are best right out of the oven, but I also freeze them and just pop 2 in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds when I need a sweet treat.0

VitaTops - only 100 calories & they have a bunch of different flavors0

Why are most of these suggestions carb based when the OP has said she eats too many carbs?
Protein is important, as is fat. Limiting fat because it is calorie dense isn't a good idea, it's so necessary for health!0 -
Is beef jerky a good way to get your protein in?0

Lean meat, veggies, fruit, dairy, whole grain. Eat whatever you like. Just stay within your calorie limit. I eat all my favorite main dishes, just less of them. I fill in the rest of my plate with veggies, often steamed or roasted.0

Get a spiral cutter and make zucchini noodles! My favorite is the zoodles with one or two wedges of laughing cow light swiss and some mushrooms all warmed up together. Super filling and incredibly low calorie.0

Sure. You might want to watch the sodium on it, though, if you have any problems with it. Some of my other go-to protein snacks are hard boiled eggs, string cheese, and Greek yogurt.

I never thought I'd say this but I tried Coke zero and actually like it. Not much of an aftertaste at all which is a problem for me for almost every other diet soda.
Other thing I like: Weight Watchers ice cream bars. They do not taste like diet at all.0 -
Cottage cheese. I like the Hood brand with either peaches or cucumber/dill. I fortify it with Dole diced peaches or chopped cucumber, respectively.
I also like Orchard Valley Harvest roasted almonds. I open a pack in the morning and snack 2-3 almonds each time. Almonds are tricky as they are high calorie.0 -

Yes, also it's delicious and not bad on the calorie count.0 -

I like the Skinny Cow ice cream bars, too. Their ice cream sandwiches are tasty!

That's because they're not. They're really just portioned controlled0 -
Pureed frozen banana "ice cream"! There are tons of recipes for different flavors online. No added sugar for most of them. I like 1 banana plus 1 c. frozen blueberries, cinnamon and vanilla and a little milk or soymilk or even water to help it process in my mini food processor. Be sure to chop up the banana before freezing it.0

Don't know how keen you are on veggies, but Edamame is my go to snack when watching a movie or just need a little comfort food type of snack. I buy the the individual serving size pouches... microwave in 3 minutes, then i use a little sea salt and garlic powder and OMG... just divine. Although, I do get a littler perverse with the pods hahahah suck the hell out of them... So good! And they are so gooooood for you They take a while to eat... So it's psychological for me as well because I'm constantly bringing something up to my mouth lol0

Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, or shrimp with cocktail sauce are all great high protein snack choices!0
