Motivation and accountability for weight loss

Hi my name is Jessica, and I'm new to fitness pal and just looking for some motivation and accountability and a few pointers on how to navigate these groups. Just looking for some people sharing common goals. I want to lose approximately 25lbs. I've gained some weight after having 2 kids and am definitely an emotional and night eater. My eating habits are good most the day and then come evening I find myself falling off the wagon, then I feel like crap about myself.
