Ok so I have done 30 DS in the past. I have 30DS, ripped in 30 and banish fat increase Metabolism.

I am interested to know what workout has had the best results in the sense of changing body shape, toning.

I know weight loss is diet. Which I am now focused on. However last night I tried some clothes I bought 2 yrs ago and they now don't fit. 2 yrs ago I went the gym. But I am looking for workouts at home rather than gym fees.
I am looking for something I can so 3 times a week.

So which is the best JM workout for results in people experience. I know most are available on you tube. I have 10 wks till hol and I am in the right frame of mind as from today so please help me by suggesting a workout people have seen results with x

I have done six week six pack. 30 DS and have also yoga meltdown and extreme she's and shred. I am currently working on body revolution (12 week or 13 week program). Absolutely love it. Has a bit more variety than Jillian usually offers as you have three different workout a week so each twice a week for two weeks then it changes (harder!) again loved 6w6p and have fun with extreme shed and shred. Both available on YouTube I believe. Happy sweating!!!

About the only Jillian DVDs that are just strength training are No More Trouble Zones & Killer Abs. Strength training is great for inches. I already get cardio elsewhere.

I had the best results when I doubled up...I did six week six pack and either 30DS level one or yoga melt down (I would skip the warm up and go right into the work out - it was about an hour total)...that really fixed my plateau.

That being said I need to take my own advice and get back to it. Good luck!

Yep, i also doubled up. I really like her new one (Killer Body) because it rotates different muscle groups -- 3 workouts over 3 days, repeat, rest on Sunday, etc. I add cardio on top of that or another round of something that is the same focus as whichever one I am doing (either abs, upper body, or lower body). I also like Extreme S+S (love it, actually), Hard Body, Ripped (Level 3 especially), and the cardio on One Week Shred is my go-to cardio workout. You can't go wrong. If you are only doing it 3 days a week, i'd up the weights a bit ....added weight = faster results.
