Eating loads of protein low fat????

If I eat loads of protein but low in fat, will this help me bulk? Or do I need to ensure carbs are added into my diet? I'm looking at bulking clean!??

Also, anyone got any good snacks for an office job? High in protein, litte/no prep? Thanks!

    Turkey and beef jerky. Plain low fat yoghurt.

    If you want easy lunches go to the grocery store to buy convenient containers and two rotisserie chickens. :) Cut up the chickens and put a lunch size meal in each container. Freeze some containers. Keep three in the fridge to take to work for the next three days.

    Not low fat or clean. And too much prep.... Why not just buy tins of tuna? They're completely office appropriate.
