Only went over by about 50 calories today

Not bad, considering my daughter's birthday. I skipped the pizza & cupcakes at lunch, (made myself a spinach salad with turkey instead) but did enjoy a decent dinner (chinese restaurant) & a small piece of birthday cake. Found that the frosting on the cake was much too sweet, so won't even be looking for a second piece tomorrow. Had to estimate the Chinese food, but I've already got tomorrow's meals planned, & am planning on eating a little lighter to balance out the day.

I've been eating bad past couple days and I can't really get a good workout in since I injured my foot, can't wait to be back on track , I did better today with eating , my daughter has also been sick and nursing more then usual , all I want is food!0

That's great! I, personally, would have gone WAY overboard on chinese food... Maintaining moderation is the most difficult part of this and I am proud of you!0 -
I drank little cups of tea & water throughout the meal. Couldn't look up nutritional info, it's a standalone restaurant, but did look up what I wanted to have & picked generic entries for each, trying to be fair & not picking the lowest calorie one! I was a little hungry later, so just went to bed to avoid eating more. Will try eating high protein, high fiber today to help.0

Yes, eating out can be HARD. I also tend to pick the higher calorie option when I'm logging generic things, and overestimate the quantities. And isn't amazing how sweet cake and icing (frosting) are once you've not eaten them for a while!0
