Hi. I'm from North yorkshire where the beautiful countryside should inspire me to get out and walk and want to lose weight. I have tried fitness pal several times, some with success but every time I fall down flat by my evening meal planning. Any advice welcome

    Try pre-logging. If you know what you are having for dinner, work your other calories around it. I always pre-log so I have a pretty good idea of where I need to add, or take away to make the calories and the macros fit. Maybe come up with a weekly meal plan so that you know what you are having for dinner each night???

    I have had the same problem, and literally the only thing that fixed this was planning my meals ahead of time. I write up my menu on Saturday and go shop. On Sundays I do all the meal prep for the week. This makes everything simple during the week so that I'm not tempted by fast food and quick hunger fixes. It literally changed everything for me.
