I am a BF mom, so I know I don't want to loose a lot of weight, my baby is 8 months old, and I have only lost 6lbs in 6 months, I know it's not about weight loss when your nursing, but I still have 30 to loose. I eat healthy and workout, the only think I can think is that I had to go on bed rest and I am trying to regain my muscle. I am looking for friends to help motivate me! I know the more kids you have the harder it is to loose, but I thought id at least loose a bit more lol :)

This site is so awesome if you stay committed and honest with it. How is your diet? That's the biggest issue

She's breast feeding so diet will be tricky. If you cut too much milk production might go down. It's a hard balance for sure. Muscle mass increase should help some. I suggest focus on fitness first and not cut too many calories too fast. Unless your about done BF and are going to start supplementing formula if you loss milk in the process.

Find your ideal calorie intake by using this link: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/

And then add 300 calories for nursing. Make sure to weigh and measure everything, and see what happens! :)
