    Fantastic job - well done! Just goes to show what a change in diet and exercise can do! So many people think there is a 'quick easy' fix - they all seem surprised when you say it was just healthy eating and exercise! It's not rocket science, just common sense! You look fab :o)

    this site is excellent, I've done all my exercise at home and 13 weeks in, exercise is a habit I won't be giving up.
