Hi my name is Teresa Ann...Im 31 yrs old , 5'5 and I started at 220lbs now Im 210.8lbs...I have definitley change the way I eat and my life style so far Im loving it .....I just wanted to share this and Im just looking for support ;)

    omg...glad im not alone... @clenderson2 I know we can do this ;) I took out carbs & dairy out of my diet....the 1st 2 days was so hard I felt like I was having withdrawls lol
