Exercise Adding Extra Calories??

I'm sorry if this it already out here somewhere, but I couldn't find anything on it...
I'm new here and love the idea of tracking my calories/exercises...I especially loved this site yesterday while I was out to eat and could look up the restaurant I was at to find myself some good food options without feeling like I had to order "special" foods...
My question/issue is that I don't want to eat my exercise calories, but they get added into my daily calorie limit. Is there a way to avoid/change this, so it just shows me my actual food calories available, or should I just add in my exercise at the end of the day when I'm finished eating?
Thanks!

You should be eating them, it is the only way you will meet your weekly weight loss goal. if your daily intake is 1300 that would have you lose your goal amount of weight without exercise if you burn 400 you get to eat 1700 to lose the same amount of weight. if you don't eat them you wont be fueling your body adequately. If you don't eat them and burn 400 using the above example it would be as if you only ate 900 (1300-400) which is not enough.0

I went through this same problem. But everyone is right, you need to eat them in order to fuel your body to burn the excess fat. Good luck!!0

You will lose weight faster if you eat those extra calories you burned. Strange but true ;0)0
