Hello everyone. I am looking to see if anyone can help me out. I recently have started a Gluten Free diet. Its working since I'm down almost 10 pounds and keeping it off. I was looking for suggestions on the best pre and post workout supplements or good food to give the same effect. I really enjoyed BSN N.O. Explode but obviously can't use that anymore. Thanks for the help everyone. Keep up the good fight !!

Any particular reason you're eating gluten free food? It's not the fact that it's gluten free that you're losing, it's the fact that you're in a caloric deficit. Just wanted to know if you have any other reason for not eating gluten, otherwise I'd just suggest counting calories and eating whatever you want within your calorie goal! :)

I have hypothyroidism. I have been doing research and the gluten isn't good. I have discussed it with my endocrinologist and he says the gluten free diet is a good idea.
