Hi I had a baby last June and I've lost 2 stone so far, I'm finding it hard to loose the last stone and I find it hard to manage my sweet tooth, I'd like some advice on quick low carb snacks that I can snack on or will curb my cravings for chocolate

I find that tea helps me: oolong with sweetener, mint, lemon ginger, etc. curbs a sweet tooth and gets in some water!

Yeah I drink tea, never tried it with mint or ginger tho, I've switched to dark chocolate a small bar as it's meant to be better for you than milk chocolate.

Are you going to avoid sweet things for the rest of your life? Maybe try and teach yourself to have amounts of the sweet things you crave. Just an idea

I have little individually wrapped mini york peppermint patties or starburst. That hits my sweet tooth just right. I also love the coco almonds.

Strong chia tea with a splash of vanilla almond milk and extra Splenda. Tastes rich, but has about 10 cal, which is great right before bed.

when I have a sweet tooth I will have exactly 5 candies. Whether its cadbury mini eggs, or peanut M&Ms...and I keep them in the freezer so it takes longer to eat them. Gets the job done.

I love the Yasso greek yogurt popsicles after dinner. Lots of good flavors and most of them are less than 100 calories.
