I've just started running and already seeing great results!! Plus I feel so much better in myself well on my way to my 10k race goal in August!! what's your favourite way to work out?

I have just started running too! I am using the 0-5k app on my phone I have alway hated running or at least thought that I did but I am on week three and feeling great. If you are already 5k or so you could also try the 10k app it is supposed to help you train for 10k.0

I just started running again, now that I am down to 225. Got in shape about 15 years ago (then slowly grew!!) mostly from running. I love to run to the beat of music. There are a couple good websites that give you the beats per minute of the songs you like. I load my phone up with a bunch of 140 bpm songs and try to stay to the beat!!! Hope you have fun and hit your race goal!!0
