Hello y'all.
I am new here, and kinda new to the whole eat healthy thing. I have tried in the past to eat healthy as I have Endometriosis and eating healthy is a good way to keep it in check, but I always seem to fall back into bad habits. So.. Yeah.. Im new.. LOL
