EXERCISE! Exercise is the least utilized depression therapy, and food is the most overprescribed.

Toast and peanut butter, with chocolate for dessert. But now that I am on MFP, it's a cheese string LOL!

I don't eat when I'm depressed, but when I'm sick, it's all about the mashed potatoes and gravy.

I don't have one. I never have been an emotional eater. I have a thing for cheese and used to reach in the fridge all the time for a piece or two. Not anymore. It was more out of boredom.

Hey All Giving MFP a shot, just thought I'd say hello...This certainly makes you aware of everything and how much time needs to be spent on the treadmill for that donut :)

    This ^

The first thing I do when something stressful happens is go for a long walk or bicycle ride.

Food won't solve anything ... but exercise gives me time to think and provides me with endorphins.
