Toast and peanut butter, with chocolate for dessert. But now that I am on MFP, it's a cheese string LOL!0

I don't eat when I'm depressed, but when I'm sick, it's all about the mashed potatoes and gravy.0

I don't have one. I never have been an emotional eater. I have a thing for cheese and used to reach in the fridge all the time for a piece or two. Not anymore. It was more out of boredom.0

The first thing I do when something stressful happens is go for a long walk or bicycle ride.
Food won't solve anything ... but exercise gives me time to think and provides me with endorphins.
