This was my view on my morning walk today. It's the sea wall that runs along the southern edge of Pensacola Naval Air Station, the location of 90% of my work.

    Hmm tend to mainly notice dogs and cars. One golden lab, Jack Russell and his adopted JR cross brother, a lovely elderly saluki and the rescue she lives with and two border collies today. Not much on the car front that was memorable. Maybe need to change route

    I walk in the woods near my house every day. Have gotten to see the deer a few times and the bluebells will be blooming any day now. Can't wait!!!h0jpsvndirqh.jpg

    I had to leap over multiple piles of black bear poop on my trail run near home yesterday!

    My favorite running trails follow a gorgeous river, this is one of the spots I like to sit and just feel the breeze off the water when I'm done with my run. It's the perfect treat after pushing yourself through a run. :)

    Rescued a turtle in the middle of the road while I was cycling today. A lot of turtles in the roads this spring, twitterpaiting season! (Don't know how to post a pix.)

    I didn't take any pics during my walk at lunch, but I saw two ducks resting in the middle of the trail, and two big blue herons!

    I saw the fattest dachshund I have ever seen waddling around and had to smile. It made me think of when I first started my weight loss journey and would waddle around the neighborhood to get some exercise in

    Haven't gone yet today but yesterday all saw was raindrops on my glass and dead worms on the road.

    If I have time later I will take a couple pictures. My trail is lined with some really interesting graffiti lined buildings and then moves into a more natural environment. I love it!
