Getting back on my Fitnesspal!

Hi everyone
I had a lot of success with myfitnesspal last year and lost quite a few pounds, felt better in myself and wasn't ill as often as I was before.
Unfortunately, I stopped and I have gone backwards again. I am trying to get back to it, but keep finding excuses to not go for a run or go to the gym. These can be early mornings, can't be bothered to walk to the gym after work.
I need some help to stay with it and eat right and exercise again. I know I can do it as I have done it before, but just need some motivation!

Hi Claire,
I'm exactly the same - lost a stone and 4lbs between new year and the middle of February, and then had an exam to study for so ended up stopping with the calorie counting and got back on the scales to find that I have gained the 4lbs again... I also need the motivation to stick to my calorie allowance and walk around a bit more!
