Anybody ever try Nutrimost for weight loss? Weight watchers i know people have used but it's a little pricey. Nutrimost is supposed to alter your metabolism and turn on fat burning cells. Personally, I've grown fond of using MFP for counting/tracking what I eat.

I don't know that product specifically, but anything claiming to alter your metabolism and turn on fat burning cells is simply flat out lying. That's enough to make me go NOPE.0

I'm sure someone has tried it. Is that your question? Or are you asking if it works? The claims on the website marks it as scam. Continue to do what works0

During the first 40 days on NutriMost, we ate 2 fruits, 2 vegetables, and 2 servings of meat per day. We only ate specific fruits, vegetables, and meats and never ate the same item two times in one day or two days in a row. We drank only water...
I think this pretty much covers why it works - looks like a low calorie plan. Not quite sure why folks need to pay the $1800 price tag for that. http://stormjourney.com/?p=860 -
Nah, i was just asking if anyone had used it ever? Thanks. I read something where someone wrote they put them on a daily diet of 700 calories. What?! Insane!0
