Welcome to the Week 2 Weigh In Results for the First Official Summer CHallenge. WOW! I have the most fabulous team leads on the planet. Thank you to all of you for making my job easier! Secondly, thank you to ALL members of this group for checking in, in a timely manner, to enable me to get these posted as soon as humanly possible. Third but by no means least, WOW WOW - Pink Team has really got it going on this week. They have turned it up a notch and are now the leaders of the pack. But it doesn't stop there. All of you should be very proud of yourselves for your accomplishments thus far. Forget what the scale says. It is not a measure of who you are. Look around at all of the positive changes you have made and continue to make. The decision to commit to making a healthy lifestyle change is probaby one of the greatest challenges you'll ever face, and the fact that each and every one of you is steadily moving towards your goals is nothing short of amazing. If you didn't hit your goals this week, put it behind you. It's a new week filled with promise, and what happened yesterday or last week is over. Move forward, and I promise you won't be sorry. Today is the first day of the rest of your life.

This week's challenge: Replace that one "questionable" snack with fresh fruit or veggies. Also, try not to do any late night snacking.

Again, I'm still trying to figure out how best to display all the information and deal with the limitations of formatting. The data is a little bit different this week, so try this on for size: 1st number is the starting weight, second is week 2 wt, third is the amount lost for the week, 4th is the percentage lost for the week, 5th is your total lost since we started, and 6th is the total percentage lost since we started. Since there were so many numbers, I did go ahead and add numbers even for those with no loss, so you don't get lost with the numbers. Remember, even if you didn't lose, don't panic. It's a new day and week! Please let me know if I goofed on the numbers! You won't hurt my feelings, I promise. Also, if you have any questions or suggestions on a better way to display this, please let me know.

    Your doing great Sue! Thanks for all your efforts... and by the way, all of you did great. Like Sue said it's about the changes in our lives that count, not the scale. Making healthy choices and being active are what will give our health a boost. We can do this! It's about accepting with are worth it and we DESERVE it.

    Sue, thanks for putting this together. I just checked my numbers. Oh, what a difference a typo makes! My weight should be 140 .7. I'm sorry I didn't notice until now. Ha, my team probably wanted to kick me off! But you are all too nice to do that :)
