Hello Everyone,
Looking to use MFP to track my macros to decrease BF %. Does anyone know if it's possible to log 6-7 meals (separately) within MFP? I would like to track each meal's composition. Thanks!

    Go into Settings. Diary Settings and scroll down. There are 6 fields you can name anything you want.

    Hello and welcome. If you go to Settings (at the top of the website on the right hand side) and click on Diary Settings, you can scroll down to “Meal Names”. There you can name as many as 6 separate meals, and these will appear in your food diary.

    YAY! :smile: That’s so exciting! What program do you do? I’m on Starting Strength, I just got back to it a few months ago. I’m lifting in a deficit though, so my progress is a bit sucky. I’m waiting to drop a few more pounds and then I want to do a bulk :smiley: .

    What are your goals?
