Cottage cheese, fat-free turkey dogs, and Greek yogurt are what I add to basically every meal when I need more protein. Otherwise I stick with the traditional meat/fowl/fish.

Chicken (I throw a whole pile of boneless breasts in crock-pot for 7 hours on low) Makes everything :) I put all the shredded chicken in Tupperware and go from there: Salads, Tacos, Chicken salad.. eat by itself. I like chicken

can of tuna (packed in water) is a good one for me, also use whey powder after strength training, and egg whites too.

Regularly... cottage cheese, yoghurt - either great because you can get low or higher fat versions as needed. Tuna on green salad is a fav. The usual chicken of course but I like to roast a turkey when I can get them fresh. Fresh fish. Nuts.
