When you click on 'my home' look at the top and see where it says 'goal' food' 'exercise' 'net'........you want the NET to say 1210 at the end of the day0

So are you saying every time you eat you are working out right after and burning all the calories plus some so it ends up a negitive number? Then yes this is not healthy.0

OK, YAY, thank you. now I get to eat more, haha my net is 554! eek0 -
Example:
Your net caloric intake goal is1400
[You don't want your net calories to go below 1200, which is counterproductive]
You exercise and burn off 300 calories that day
This brings your net calories to 1100 [you've eaten 1400 so far, but burned 300 of those calories]
You need to eat another 100 calories to bring up your net calories to 1200
Eat another 200 calories and your net calories are at 1400
Your total intake is 1700 calories, but you burned 300, so your net is 1400
subtract 1400 from your BMR and your have your calorie deficit for that day
Personal Example:
I alternate between a 1200 net calorie and 1700 net calorie day [2-day cycle]
I exercise 3 or 4 days a week and burn 300 calories each time
I try to keep my NET calories around 1400 for a net deficit of 700/day
On days I plan to eat 1200 and exercise -300, I eat another 300 calories that day for a total of 1500 calories eaten, minus 300 calories burned, which leaves me at a net caloric intake of 1200. That way, I never actually only eat 1200 calories.
I average a net caloric intake of 1400-1500/day
My BMR is 2100-2200/day
My net deficit is about 700 calories/day [2200-1500=700]
700 calorie deficit times 5 days = 3500 calorie deficit, or 1 pound every 5 days
