Melt about 2 TBSP butter, stir in 1 TBSP dijon mustard, 2 tsp dried tarragon and about 2 TBSP lemon juice and put it over 2 tilapia fillets. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes at 400 degrees. Very tasty!0

I make tinfoil packets of a fish filet and whatever fresh veggies I have on hand (usually bok choy, carrot, pepper, onion, mushroom, zucchini) and cut it all up into wedges or slices lay them down first with some salt and pepper put the fish on top with a tad of butter and a fresh basil leaf. Baked at 40 for around 12-17 minutes depending on size flipping half way through.0

Depending on the type of fish I either use a teriyaki marinade or just a lime pepper seasoning. Made seared tuna steaks yesterday with soy sauce and lime juice.0
