Hello Family,

My name is carl. I have been seriously working on my fitness for two weeks. My goal is to lose 60 pounds and maintain a healthy weight and body fat %. I look forward to encouraging you and recieveing encouragement as i know i will need it and lots of it!!!!!

    welcome .. work hard and keep focused .. you hit the 60 pounds in NO time .. i am just over the 60 pound loss and loving it .. IT CAN BE DONE !!!

    my starting goal was 57 pounds and i'm down 11 already!! That is dispite a major hiccup in my life directing my priorities elsewhere!

    I've sent a friend request - add me if you want to - I love my MFP family and wouldn't know where I would be without them! I'm even friends with some on facebook!

    I try to give out motivation, encouragement and praise.
