What did you do today to stay on track? Anything... I went on a 3 mile run!

I started again this Monday and i tracked 3 days in a row. I usually stop at day 2!!0

I had an unexpected pizza night.....stayed on track by thin crust, no pepperoni and only 2 slices that I made sure took the whole time it took my husband to finish his own pizza.......Both large by the way. He gets the rest of mine for lunch tomorrow......win win.
Why didn't I just delve in? I didn't need to. Eating slowly does help.......oh, and I wanted that extra beer.......!!!!0 -
I started logging my food again, and did a short core & yoga workout. It is a fresh start....0
