Hello just started using this app..so I need help..the most pounds you can lose is 2 pounds a week?

    This app is great. I suggest always logging your food, eat tons of fruits and vegetables, do HIIT training, take ten thousand steps a day & drink a lot of water, flavor it with like cucumber and lemon. Slow and steady will keep it off for good.

    And don't go past your reccomended calorie daily intake ofcourse
