Starting fresh after my baby!!!

i would love any tips for working out with a 10 month old. I'm a working mom and our day starts at 430am and we go till 5 pm. Every day

    Workout at naptime, join a gym that provides free babysitting, or take baby for a long walk.

    Those are my go to things. My baby is 13 weeks, so we haven't really established 'naptime' yet, but with my first daughter that's what I did.

    Jogging stroller, hiking/walking with baby in a back carrier, baby air squats and crunches. They also love when you do push-ups over them and give them a kiss on each one
