I need ideas. Tired of boring fish, side dish, salad.

Spaghetti bake 626 cals per serving. Not really healthy but, fits my sodium levels since I was just put on a low sodium diet from my nephrologist.
    1Lb thin spaghetti
    1Lb ground sirlion
    25% of an onion
1 bar 1/3 less fat cream cheese
    1 tbsp of garlic
1 cup of shredded mozzarella to bake on top

Oven-baked fries and chicken strips. Green veggie stir-fry (asparagus, beans, broccoli, zucchini).

1/3 of a frozen spinach and garlic pizza (saving the rest for lunch over the weekend) and 1.5 cups of broccoli with Parmesan and Tuscan seasonings. Only 330 calories for dinner, and it's something I was able to quickly throw together.

Baked chicken breast in tamari sauce, scalloped potatoes, peas and a little coleslaw. Still under my calories for the day so I can have a snack before bread.

    Black bean chili sounds good!

BLT on multi grain bread with half a large baked sweet potato dressed with a few dashes of hot sauce. Under 600 calories.

Edited to add - actually was under 500 calories!

Breakfast! I had Weight Watchers Cheerios because I just wanted a big ol' bowl of cereal.

Homemade roll with butter, scoop of cheesy potatoes (boxed) and 3 Girl Scout cookies :) I eat my main meal at lunchtime though-that was a dinner plate sized salad with dark greens, broccoli, black olives, tomato, mushrooms, ranch dressing and crushed multi-grain tortilla chips; salmon baked in olive oil and spices.

Lots of variety up there. I ended up having my fish and broccoli. I need to go to the store and stock up on some other deliciousness as above.
