Does anyone know how to enter HIIT workouts?? I have been entering "kickboxing-turbo jam" for all the workouts, but I am not sure it is giving me enough calories burned since the HIIT workouts are so much more intense then the other ones. Any suggestions??

Time for a HRM :-)0

Yep, buy a heart rate monitor. MFP's calorie predictions were not accurate for me, even logging regular workouts the way you do.0

On that note-any suggestions on a good HRM?? Brand and where you get it, please.0

I have a Polar F40. I bought It for about $130 on amazon. Polar is a good brand. Whatever you decide, make sure it has a chest strap, those are the accurate ones!0

Yes, time for a HRM. There is more "science" that goes into calorie burning than what a treadmill or machine or MFP calculates. I have a Polar FT40. Works great.0
