Running when sore

My calves are sore as *kitten* from my all-body workout yesterday. I am supposed to do 25 minutes on the treadmill today. Should I after I foam roll and stretch a bit? Or would this be detrimental?

They're not sore to the touch though, so I think I'm just going to suck it up, foam roll, stretch, and then do my cardio. Then stretch more after.0

How long has it been since you took a rest day? There's no shame in skipping a workout if you're stupidly sore. If foam rolling and stretching don't help, I'd say just move your cardio a day forward.0
