I am not underweight (have BMI of 23) and am currently maintaining at 134 pounds. I decided to stop losing weight as I was losing a disproportionate amount of weight from my arms and they are looking much skinnier than the rest of me. I have never really been one to work out but would like to add some muscle to compensate. I wondered if anyone could recommend some suitable exercises that would build me up a bit while still giving a natural feminine look. Hope someone can help.

I would work on shoulders, triceps and biceps.

Shoulders - lat raise, front raise, Upright row, overhead press

Bicep curls dumbell, bar or on a cable.

Tricep push down, extension, dips etc

Close hand push ups are good for triceps and can be done without equipment. You can modify it to go from your knees and then progress to go from your toes. Bench dips are good too.

Bicep curls with dumbbells work as well as anything for building biceps but you will need some weights. Chin ups are good too but require a bit of strength to start with. You can do jumping chin ups where you jump up first then lower yourself down slowly.
