what should my numbers be for
Carbs. Protein. Fat? I workout 5 days a week 60-75 min. After 3 months I've lost only 13 lbs. help

    13 pounds over three months is great progress! It's a rate of about a pound per week.

    As long as you stay within your calorie goal, it does not matter what percentage of your calories come from fat/carbs/protein. Personally, I try to keep my net carbs at around 40-45% and fill the rest of my daily calories with fat and protein, but that is because I feel better when my protein and fat percentages are higher.

    Thanks so much seems that I'm not eating enough!! I workout hard 5 - 6 times a week. 2 of those days r with a trainer! I've been eating 1300 cal daily so maybe eat a lil more? Thanks
