I exercise almost everyday. Did a 3 mile Leslie Sansone video this morning and a Cathe Friedrich lifting video tonight.
Looking forward the weather to get warmer so I can get my power walks in on the track!0 -
i'm trying to get back into yoga. But haven't yet. I do lunges and wall sits when I brush my teeth though! Every night, I swear!0

Good morning to everyone. I just completed my weightlifting routine. I plan on cutting grass later this evening I'll count that as my cardio.0

Did 30 day Shred this morning and later tonight, arms at the Gym followed by Ultimate Frisbee training. Exercise heavy day for me!0

Weird, I literally just sat down after giving up on my workout. Unfortunately I'm still not inspired to try again. It was just one of those days when nothing felt right--tired, shoes not fitting correctly for some reason, lack of motivation. I guess I'll skip the evening snack today and try to start fresh tomorrow.
We all have bad days just jump back on it tomorrow!

Not yet, and it looks like I'm going to miss my planned lunch ride due to thunderstorms moving in...it's cool though, I exercise regularly.0

Yep!! Just did my first real cardio work out, I go for long walks/jogs every other day, but afte I got my son down for a nap I did my first calorie burn exercise video! I thought I'd be dead tired afterward by I feel awesome! This is definately going to be a part of my daily routine now0

Great state of mind! I did 60 minutes on the cross trainer this morning then took a wave master boxing class, burned it up! I exercise everyday and while I do have the same mentality as you, at this point, I have trained so much, it's just never enough! Tomorrow morning spin class followed by boxing boot camp!0

Didn't think I would as I only got 2 hours sleep last night and have been dragging...but I went out and ran three miles. Glad it wasn't weight day because it would have been unproductive.0
