Does anyone knows what vitamins are good to take? If you do take vitamins, what brand and where can I find them?

If you have a normal balanced varied diet then you wont need them. Its a supplement so youd need to identify a deficiency, but many do take a standard multivitamin as insurance. Mostly a complete waste.

Ps not sure here are women vitamins, unless pregnant.
Actually this article seemed clear and helpful on vitamins for women.

I was told that women of childbearing age should take a multivitamin that contains folic acid , just in case of an unplanned pregnancy. I take a Nature Made Multivitamin, mainly because they are often on sale at my grocery store.0

One time I was taking some vitamin B and C (someone gave me them) I figured why not. Well my pee turned neon yellow! That was startling. I found out that vitamin B does that.0
